With some several environmental and Institutional conditions the flexible work arrangements has to implemented. for example When we experiencing the Covid pandemic period we had no option rather to thinking about the work from Home and remote works. Some Software companies and customer support teams now continuing this with the previous experience. Also Organizations having some costs reductions due to this.
